The Arica Day of Light includes different forms of meditation that incorporate breathing, guided visualization, mantram or repetitions, color, yantras or colored meditational illustrations, Ideas such as Divine Principles or Divine Virtues and work with a partner. A breathing practice starts the day and all the meditations have introductory material for understanding the purpose of a particular meditation and its components. The introductory material describes in a clear and precise way the different states attained by practicing these meditations.
Throughout the day, we enter different States of Mind and it is across these experiences of Transcendence that the Highest States of human consciousness can be attained.
